Unit 4 | Earth's EXTERNAL Forces

The Earth is a dynamic planet and this unit is the balancing of the first unit. If earth just created new rock all the time, wouldn't it grow bigger? But it does not. If the mountains kept growing, wouldn't they reach the top of our atmosphere? But they do not. Weathering breaks rocks into smaller rock pieces. Erosion transports rock pieces and sediments to different parts of the world.

Agents of erosion and processes of weathering have broken down this rock into the form that pulls tourists to observe it by the thousands every month.
